Culture Reset 2027

When you are responsible for building culture, it is easy to get caught up in activities —engagement campaigns, townhalls, wellbeing programmes, teambuilding and internal communications.

But doing more does not necessarily create more impact.

Culture teams rarely suffer from a lack of initiatives. The challenge is knowing which initiatives will actually make a difference.

Before deciding what to do, it helps to be clear about what you want to achieve. What aspects of your culture would you like to strengthen? What do you want people to think, feel or do differently? And where would your efforts make the greatest difference?

The answers are often already within your organisation. You just need to learn where to find these human insights, and what to do with them.

In this 2-day workshop, participants will learn a strategic and human-centred approach to culture building. You will be guided to define the culture outcomes you want to achieve, uncover human insights and employee sentiments, and identify the culture priorities that will make the greatest difference.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

People in HR or Transformation who are tasked with enhancing the company’s culture

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

By the end of the 2-day programme, participants will be able to:

01

Understand how culture change happens

Recognising that culture is shaped by people's collective mindsets, behaviours and everyday experiences —not by activities alone.

02

Define a clear Culture Objective

Specifying the culture shift required and what people need to think, feel or do differently.

03

Have more insightful conversations with employees

Learning how to ask, listen and probe beyond surface responses to better understand what people are experiencing.

04

Unearth Human Insights

Looking beneath symptoms and sentiments to identify the beliefs, motivations, frustrations and barriers that may be driving current behaviour.

05

Turn insights into focused culture interventions

Prioritising the few areas that can make the greatest difference instead of trying to fix everything at once.

06

Communicate culture initiatives for greater buy-in

Crafting communications around the audience and intended outcome, to enrol people in change rather than merely inform or instruct them.

Trainer’s Profile

Janet Lee, Founder & CEO of 95%, Experiential Trainer & Coach

Janet brings together more than four decades of experience in advertising, people development and corporate culture.

She spent the first 20 years of her career in advertising, winning numerous local and international creative awards. It was an industry that taught her to understand audiences, uncover human insights and communicate ideas in ways that move people.

In 2004, Janet co-founded Ninety Five Percent (95%) as an experiential training academy for the advertising industry. From fresh graduates to senior management, 95%'s programmes were designed to help advertising professionals sharpen their thinking, develop themselves and accelerate their careers. Many of those early participants have since gone on to become senior leaders in the industry.

As 95%'s work expanded beyond advertising, Janet began applying the same understanding of people and behaviour to leadership, employee engagement and corporate culture.

Today, as 95%'s Lead Culture Consultant, she works with CEOs, leadership teams and organisations across diverse industries to shift mindsets, strengthen leadership and build cultures where people can do their best work.

Her experience as a trainer, consultant and coach has shaped a distinctive approach to learning.

Janet believes people learn more powerfully when they discover something for themselves. Rather than relying heavily on lectures and theories, she designs exercises, conversations and experiences that help participants uncover blind spots, question assumptions and arrive at their own realisations.

Participants describe her workshops as thought-provoking, practical and relevant to real-life situations.

Janet is an HRDC Accredited Trainer, ICF-certified Master Performance Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, NASAGA Learning Game Design Practitioner, and one of the early Malaysians certified by the UK-based Barrett Values Centre in its Cultural Transformation Tools.

Janet led 95% to be recognized at the HR Magazine Vendor Of The Year Awards

“Janet as the lead trainer was professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly she managed to create a positive learning environment where participants can participate actively in having the right conversation.

The team also took a lot of efforts in doing pre-workshop discussion with Astro’s key stakeholders to ensure that the set-up is well planned, and the topics are real and something that the participants can resonate with.”
